We want you to be completely obsessed with your ICONIC glow, so if you are not 100% satisfied with your purchase, you can return your items within 30 days of receipt. Please ensure all beauty products remain unopened, unused, and in their original packaging to be eligible for a full refund.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Return

  Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and email address to select the items you wish to send back.

  Prepare Your Package

  Carefully pack your items in their original ICONIC London box or a secure mailing bag, ensuring all seals are intact for hygiene purposes.

• 3.
  Attach Your Label

  Download and print your pre-paid returns label from the portal and affix it clearly to the outside of your parcel.

• 4.
  Drop Off & Track

  Take your package to your nearest designated drop-off point and keep your proof of postage until your refund has been processed.
